We conduct a full briefing on the project, including its objectives, its constraints, the parties involved and the risks that have already been identified. We also look for the ones that have not.
During the Project
Keuk Consulting is available for strategic consultation at short notice. We attend key meetings where our presence adds value. We flag when something is developing in a direction that warrants attention – before it becomes a problem that requires management.

Every project has moments where the direction could go one of several ways. These are the moments Keuk Consulting is most useful. We advise when the decision has real consequences and the client wants a second view from someone who knows the full picture.

Retainers are structured around the scope and duration of the specific project rather than a standard monthly format.Engagements are selective. We take on project advisory work where we are confident that we can contribute materially. Where we cannot, we say so before the retainer is agreed.
